Wrapping Up Christmas and Sentiment ( Nov-1 )

Hi everyone and welcome back.  Is everyone getting ready for Christmas and getting your Christmas cards ready and done ?  Well today I am doing a Christmas card with Wrapping up Christmas and Sentiment ( Do not open until Christmas ) from A & M Memories.   I want to let everyone know right of the bat that I try to use all my equipment when making anything.  I hate more then anything purchasing equipment and not putting them use.  So today with my card I am using the Digi Wraping up Christmas and sentiment along with my Cricut Air explore 2.  If you have the Cricut you will just need to upload the file into the Cricut and print and cut.  I do think that it is easier to color the image then cut.

This is after the images are cut with the Cricut, remember it is easier to color the image before you cut it.

I usually use alcohol markers, I am trying to move to colored pencils and it take practice for sure.  For this card I used Prismacolor pencils.

This is a piece of velvet card stock that I received in a sample pack of papers that I picked up a couple of years ago.

This star burst paper was in a sample package as well. ( sorry I do not have more info on how to get this paper )

I took a piece of Velvet green paper and  fold in have and cut down one side to form a point this is the background Christmas tree.

I then took the red star burst paper and cut a 3 x 3 square for the bottom of the tree.

I then put gems on the tree with a star on top and added the Wrapping up Christmas and Sentiment.
