Green Birthday ( Skipping Stones Design ) 11-21-17

Hello and welcome back, I hope you are doing well and getting ready for Thanksgiving. I have two birthdays in the month of November, my husband Bob ( a Big Happy Birthday to my King ) and my 1st born Jessica who was born on the same day as her father ( a Big Happy Birthday toooooo you ). So needless to say I am busy making Birthday Cards. Today I am working with the Green Birthday stamp. This stamp set has some funny sayings, and I love working with stamp sets like this because it is almost anything goes.

I have a card base that measures 4 x 5 1/2, and a layer that measures 3.50 x 5. I took the topper and stamp the recycle symbol all over the background.

I then colored the cup cake with Spectrum Noir Sparkle Markers.

After looking at everything I decided to put a piece of green card stock behind the recycled topper, so the card has a base plain green background 3.75 x 5.25 and then the recycle topper.

After I got finished with the sentiments I wanted them to have a little color so I used Spectrum Noir Alcohol marker LG2 and just gave it a little green to pull the card together.

At the end I put a Happy Birthday and a recycle sign on the inside.

"Hebrews" Coffee Card ( Skipping Stones Design ) Oct 16th Blog Hop

Hi everyone and welcome to Skipping Stones Design's October blog hop. For my card I have decided to use the Coffee stamp #2 . I colored the coffee cup with Spectrum Noir Alcohol markers . This is a Digi stamp so after printing I did wait 24hr before coloring with the Alcohol markers to make sure the ink is completely dry, so I do not have any mixing of the printer ink with the alcohol marker colors. Monday Simon Says Challenge: Transport It

Monday Simon Says Card Challenge : Transport It I have a go fly away card with a Hot Air Ballon: I started with white back card stock. Top black card stock I use Gesso with water added, took a paint brush and splatter the white spots to make it look like a Galaxy. Let dry I then took a circle & die to make this a shaker card. I then placed the Hot air Balloon stamp with black ink and added glitter for the string and colored with Spectrum Noir Pens . Love the way this turned out. You're So Sweet Card

This is my You're So Sweet Card for the Simon Says Wednesday Challenge . With this challenge it is Anything Goes and If you have any Lawn Fawn Stamps or Dies showcase them. With my You're so sweet card I used Lawn Fawn Have a Ball Stamp Set , which I just Love. This set stamp very easy and very nice. I LOVE the little faces that come along with the set, you can use on other projects and just about anything you would like to give a little personality.
